How do I get to my Patient Portal?

April 26, 2017 · Integrity's patient portal was specifically made for YOU! You are able to access your lab results, visit summaries and more. There is also an app where you can access your health records and schedule visits! Please give us a call, or stop by the office and our amazing front office team can teach you how the Healow app works.

FCN’s patient portal is InTouch. I am an FCN patient and have used InTouch since May 2012. By any standard, it is basic, graphically plain and functionally rudimentary.
