Please be aware that all New Patients will be scheduled for an initial New Patient visit. No Annual Wellness visits etc. can be scheduled until you are an established patient in our clinic which requires a New Patient Visit.

Please be aware that we are only able to see patients over 18 years of age for Primary Care services. If you are inquiring about anyone under 18, please describe below. We can see children 8 years old or older as long as they have a Pediatrician and/or Family Medicine doctor in place. We will be considered a specialist visit in this case.
