Many plans offer 100% coverage for preventive services. TWU Student Health Services is required to collect co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles according to your insurance plan coverage. Please see list of insurance terms below.
TWU Student Health Services uses CPL (Clinical Pathology Laboratories) for all send out lab tests. Students must bring their insurance card to every visit. By giving Student Health Services your insurance information, you are authorizing Health Services to file a claim with your insurance company for services rendered.

Patients student account will be billed when a claim is denied due to patient ineligibility, benefit limits, services are not covered, or when there is still a patient responsibility balance on the account.
