Where is Innovative Express Care located?

Khare and the Innovative team were ordering personal protective equipment for employees, purchasing supplies and aligning with labs for processing. This early planning allowed Innovative Express Care to immediately respond and begin testing patients when the virus arrived. An outdoor medical testing tent was erected in the parking lot, which provided a safe environment to see COVID-19 patients. We have since moved to two larger testing sites, located at 1111 W. Diversey Parkway, Chicago & 4115 Fairview Avenue, Downers Grove. Our team has performed more than 250,000 COVID-19 virus swabs to date.

Innovative Express Care is part of Innovative Care, a group of medical practices founded by Rahul Khare, MD. Innovative Care was born from a vision to create a better healthcare experience. We are proud to deliver high-quality care that is also convenient.

Why do we send PCR swabs to the lab?

This is the reason we ALWAYS send the PCR lab swabs to the lab on every patient. This is because if you are positive for with the rapid, it could be a false positive. Likewise, if you are negative with a rapid test, it could turn out that your PCR is positive and you do have COVID-19.
