Jessica Cummings joined the practice in October 2020. She works in the front office at the Southaven location, and assists patients with clinical messages, booking appointments, and filing insurance authorizations for prescriptions. Finnegan (left) and Molly (right) are the In Focus animal companions. They belong to Erin and have been coming to In Focus in Southaven with her since the practice opened in 2016. Many of our patients find the presence of a dog to be a calming and fun addition to the environment.
Erin Harrell earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Memphis in 1993. She was an editor for the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry for 8 years before going to nursing school. She graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 and spent 3 years working as a critical care nurse at Methodist University Hospital. She attended University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed her advanced practice nursing degree in 2015. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and she opened In Focus Psychiatry in August of 2016. Erin is a board-certified family psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with a primary interest in autism spectrum disorders. She works at the Southaven office.
She joined the practice in February 2019. Cara Campbell joined the practice in August 2019 as the receptionist at the Southaven office. She loves spending time with her family, church family, and her golden retriever, Blue. Crafting and building furniture with her husband are among her favorite pastimes.

She is a student in the honors college at The University of Mississippi in Oxford. Rachel Barr joined our team in May 2021 as a medical assistant.
Kasey Barham is the practice manager for both the Southaven and Oxford locations. She is from Independence, MS, and graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice and psychology. She and her husband have a baby boy and a dog named Bonnie. She loves Ole Miss, sports, and anything outdoors. Kasey’s experience includes two years managing a large multiple-office law firm and over four years managing a childcare center. She joined the practice in February 2019.
