1. Check your email. You should have received an email invitation from My IU Health. If you did not receive the invitation, check your spam or junk folders. To register for My IU Health, open the email and click "Complete Registration".

Step one: Get the info

As a new patient, there are some things you need to know. Before you make an appointment, read our information for new patients to learn about our services and what health documentation you’ll need to be treated.

Before you come visit us, you need to know where we are and when we’re open, right?

Step three: Make your appointment

For many medical appointments, health and wellness services, and CAPS Now appointments for first-time clients, we have a convenient online scheduling option. You must have an IU username and password to use this service.

Step four: Arrive 15 minutes early

In order to complete pre-appointment paperwork, we ask that you arrive at the Student Health Center 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Choose the right appointment type

If you schedule online, make sure you’re scheduling the correct service. Need to see a medical provider? You’ll want an appointment with the medical clinic. Interested in getting nutrition information? Health and Wellness is your destination. Got something in your eye? Our eye clinic is here for you. You get the picture.
