Can you use the patient portal in an emergency?

The patient portal should not be used in emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911. For urgent or same day medical needs, please call your health center. Do not use the portal for this purpose. Messages sent during the weekend will not be responded to until regular weekday hours resume.

What time does BPC call?

Patients are always welcome to call with questions about lab and test results. For your convenience, a phone nurse is available Monday - Friday from 8 am - 4 pm.

What is a temporary password?

Your user name will be your email address which you supplied to our office.Your temporary password or pin is the one printed on the sheet we provided to you from our office. The first time you log in, you will use the temporary password provided from the office. Your temporary pin is case specific. Once logged in, you should change and record your new password. You must login within 30 days of receiving your temporary pin or it will expire and our office will need to assign a new password or pin.
