Once you have created your account, you can view your reports and images, download them and share them if you wish. My I-MED is where all your radiology reports and images from your visits to I-MED will be stored.

You can apply to opt out of iMED using the DCIS iMED Opt Out Form (pdf) by email to imed@david-cummings.com or by faxing it along with supporting documents to DCIS at 604 228 9807.
