Imaging Associates is pleased to announce our NEW patient portal, providing you with secure anytime/anywhere access to your reports and your images. Additional benefits include; shortened onsite paperless registration, reduced wait times and ability to view your billing statements and submit payments.

How do I get my X-rays from Imaging Associates?

Download the IA X-rays patient portal app to view your images or you can view images via the following web link images.imagingassociates.net.au. You can also download the IA X-rays app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your report will be sent to your referring doctor. We recommend you always discuss your radiology results with your doctor.

How do I access my reports and images from my appointment?

Access your reports and images online! Schedule your appointment online. View reports sent from the radiologist to your referring provider. View your exam images captured during your visit. Download your medical information. Create a new account to see your complete exam history. Use your Portal Pass iCode provided during your visit.

How do I contact Imaging Associates?

Simply email images@imagingassociates.net.au and provide a description of the problem together with your Patient ID.

Who sends images to Texas Radiology Associates?

The imaging center sent the images to Texas Radiology Associates. One of our radiologists have read your exam and prepared a report for your physician. This process is done remotely.

How to get a copy of my patient statement?

In order to receive a copy of your statement, please log into the Patient Portal, our patient portal, below and click on “Download Statement”. Instructions will be provided on the multiple ways you can receive your statement there.

What happens after a doctor's consultation?

After your consultation, your physician sent a claim to the insurance company on-file.

Does Texas Radiology Associates send a bill?

Texas Radiology Associates send patients a separate bill from the hospital for our radiology services. Our bill looks like this form.

Do you have to bill a doctor for an x-ray?

For example, if you came to the emergency room and had an x-ray and laboratory tests, you may receive a bill from the emergency room physician for their professional services, but also, a bill from the radiologist for interpreting any x-rays.

Does PatientFolio accept credit cards?

PatientFolio accepts all major credit cards.

Can patients have full access to their insurance?

Patients can now have full access and control over their payment plans, insurance updates, statement download and more. All at our patient portal.
