If an implant or medical device is used in your surgical procedure, we then bill your claim to your health insurance plan (s) on your behalf.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for paying the outstanding balance to IPG for the implant device portion of your procedure, which may include any unmet deductible, co-insurance or other out-of-pocket expenses.
