Iowa Diabetes and Endocrinology PORTAL Effective July 1, 2021 we have converted to an alternate electronic medical record. Our patient portal has moved to Follow My Health. If you are already on the MercyOne Follow My Health Portal you will be able to find your Endocrinology Physician/ARNP to access your records once you have an appointment.
