What to bring to your appointment: 1 Photo ID 2 Insurance card (if you have a secondary or tertiary insurance, please bring that card too) 3 Calendar to schedule any surgery and/or follow-up appointments 4 Old pair of prescription glasses or old prescription 5 Sunglasses (Your eyes will be dilated) 6 Payment method for any required payments (accept cash, check, and credit card)
How long does a dilated eye last?
Dilation can last for 4 to 8 hours.
