Historical results will show up as soon as your data is synchronized with your new account. Results for new clinical tests will be available immediately once the test results have been processed.

How long does it take for my results to be available?

Each test will have differing timelines and some tests may be delayed based on the performing laboratory, complexity of the testing, etc. Laboratory tests that are performed on-site will generally have a 24-48 hour turnaround time. Laboratory tests sent to outside or reference laboratories average 1 to 2 weeks to send results.

Can I get an account for my child?

Yes! If a parent or guardian of a minor child would like an account for their child, they enter the child’s information. The system will recognize that the child is younger than 18 and the parent or guardian will be prompted to enter their own personal information.
