How to access patient portal?

MyChart is no longer available: Get Started with the My IU Health patient portal. Effective Jan. 1, 2020, all IU Health Arnett Physicians have moved to a new electronic medical record. Your doctors and other healthcare providers will be able to view your medical history, but new information will not connect with MyChart.
