At HUSKY Health we offer a number of programs and services to members with complex or chronic health issues. We will help you choose a doctor accepting new patients, help you get to and from your medical appointments when needed, talk to a nurse at any time of day, and help you have the healthiest pregnancy possible.

You can search online to find HUSKY Health providers. You can choose a Primary Care Provider (PCP), a specialist, a dentist or a behavioral health provider. Take a look at our Person-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) practices when you need a PCP. PCMH practices use a team-based approach to managing your health and well-being.

What age can you get a HUSKY D in Connecticut?

Connecticut residents aged 19 up to 65 th birthday without dependent children; who do not qualify for HUSKY A; who do not receive Medicare; and who are not pregnant, may qualify for HUSKY D (also known as Medicaid for the Lowest-Income Populations).

What is the annual income limit for MED-Connect?

Please note that the annual income limit for MED-Connect enrollees is $75,000.

Can you get Medicaid if you are blind in Connecticut?

Connecticut residents aged 65 or older; or who are aged 18 up to 65 th birthday and who are blind, or who have another disability, may qualify for Medicaid coverage under HUSKY C. Income and asset eligibility varies, depending on which part of HUSKY C you may qualify for.
