As of January 2018, HUHS will be participating in the Massachusetts Immunization Information System (MIIS). This state-regulated program provides for centralized record-keeping of all of your immunization records for you and your healthcare provider in a secure, safe, and confidential site.

There are two separate Patient Portals for our community - one portal links you to information about your stay or services at Huggins Hospital (including COVID-19 test results) and the other links you to your medical information from our Huggins Hospital Physician Practices. Please read below for more information.

Physician Practice Portal (FollowMyHealth)

If you are a patient of one of our Physician Practices and you would like to view parts of your medical record, please log in to the FollowMyHealth Physician Practice Patient Portal. If you are unsure if your primary care provider is affiliated with Huggins Hospital, you can find our office on our Locations Page.

Hospital Services or COVID-19 Test results (Thrive Portal)

If you were an inpatient or received services at Huggins Hospital and would like to view your health information, please log in to the Huggins Hospital Patient Portal. This is also the portal you can use to view your COVID-19 Test results.

The Cullman Regional Medical Center Patient Portal is an online health electronic document management tool that includes a view of portions of your Electronic Medical Record (EMR) from inpatient and outpatient visits at Cullman Regional. Including:

Do I need special equipment?

No. All you need is access to a computer, an email account that matches the one provided during registration and an internet connection.

How do I set-up an account?

We provide step-by-step instructions in the Admission Folder you received during your registration. Once you have entered your information and have been prompted to create a username and password, you will only need your username and password to sign into your Patient Portal account.

Who should I contact if I have trouble logging in or accessing the Cullman Regional Patient Portal?

If you have trouble logging in or accessing the Main Hospital Patient Portal, call Cullman Regional’s Portal Help Desk at (256) 737-2500, Tuesday-Friday 9am until 3pm CST.
