Hunterdon Healthy Connections Patient Portal is an online patient portal service that provides you with a secure, reliable, easy to use method of communicating with our office anytime it’s convenient for you. The patient portal is more secure than emails to safeguard your privacy. Only you will have access to your information. NO health care information is sent via e-mail. When a message is sent from our office, you will receive an e-mail stating that you have a new message from Hunterdon Otolaryngology and Allergy Associates and are directed to log into the portal to review. Each family member who signs up for the portal will receive their own log-in and password. At this time, patients younger than 18 years old are excluded from the portal.

The Hunterdon Care Center offers respite care and services for pain management, diabetes management, orthopedic care and cardiac care. Residents with Alzheimer's disease live in a secure Alzheimer's unit, with walkable, easy-to-navigate hallways to help prevent them from wandering off. To help maintain their cognitive and social skills and to help them enjoy life more, these residents are offered special activities.

FollowMyHealth ® is provided by Allscripts LLC. Allscripts is responsible for the portal's operation and security, and Allscripts' terms-of-use govern the use of the portal. Whether or not you sign up for a FollowMyHealth® portal, it not will not impact your care at the Clinical Center and you can always request your medical records directly from the Clinical Center's Health Information Management Department. If you sign up for and/or use the portal, you are giving NIH permission to share portions of your updated medical record (in identifiable form) with Allscripts to populate your FollowMyHealth® portal account.
