If you have already uploaded your immunization documentation, you can check your immunization compliance status in the HUHS Patient Portal. Harvard University Health Services staff will notify you if you are missing any immunizations.

COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement Information

Harvard University requires all enrolled students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before arriving on campus for fall classes, using a vaccine authorized or approved by the FDA or the World Health Organization.

Submitting COVID-19 Vaccine Documentation

Students: You can now upload a copy of your COVID vaccination card to your HUHS Patient Portal. If you have already submitted your COVID vaccination documentation to mrecords@huhs.harvard.edu you do not need to resubmit to the Patient Portal. Your information will be entered into your HUHS medical record.
