Harvard University requires all enrolled students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before arriving on campus for fall classes, using a vaccine authorized or approved by the FDA or the World Health Organization.
Students: You can now upload a copy of your COVID vaccination card to your HUHS Patient Portal. If you have already submitted your COVID vaccination documentation to mrecords@huhs.harvard.edu you do not need to resubmit to the Patient Portal. Your information will be entered into your HUHS medical record.
