Harvard University Health Services will not release your medical information without your authorization, except as required or permitted by law or as required in the administration of our agreement with you. You have the right to refuse to be examined, observed, or treated by students or any other staff without jeopardizing access to care. Upon your request, Harvard University Health Services will provide you with an explanation of its relationship and/or your physician's relationship to another health care facility (or Harvard University Health Services, as applicable) or educational institution as it relates to your care or treatment.
HUHS must review your submission manually prior to noting your compliance with the regulation. This review may take up to two weeks from the time of your submission on the HUHS Patient Portal. Plan time accordingly when scheduling to receive your vaccine.
Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) is reminding students that this year's flu vaccination is required for all students. All students on campus, students returning to campus for the first time for the spring semester, and transfer students, must be fully compliant with all Harvard vaccination requirements, including the flu vaccine, in order to enroll in classes and to participate in on-campus activities.
