After regular office hours, on weekends, or on holidays, your call to our office will be answered by a professional answering service and all emergency related calls will be relayed to your physician. Your doctor, or the doctor on call, will return your call as soon as possible.
Our billing office will be glad to file your insurance claim. Please bring your insurance identification card to each visit. Insurance co-payments are due at the time of service. We will do our best to help you understand our services and billing procedures as they relate to insurance coverage in general.
Please bring a list of all prescriptions you are taking to your appointment. New and refill prescriptions should be obtained during your office visit.
Phone messages requiring a response from your physician will be addressed by the end of the day. All emergency calls will be addressed immediately.
Your medical records are held in strict confidence. If you would like your insurance company, your attorney, or other third party to receive information from your records, we must receive a written request with your signed and dated authorization.
