In-person Appointments

Some appointment types require an in-person visit with your provider to properly address all your health concerns. We have taken extensive measures to welcome you back into our health centers safely.

Telehealth Appointments

You can now receive the same great care from Hudson Headwaters from the comfort of your home, or wherever you are! Our new telehealth services offer current and new patients an easy way to visit with their providers using a personal computer, smartphone or tablet.

At Hudson Headwaters, we believe that no one should delay seeking needed medical care because they lack insurance or have high medical costs. That’s why we offer discounts and payment plans to eligible patients.

Does Hudson Headwaters accept Medicare?

Hudson Headwaters welcomes all patients regardless of insurance status. We participate with most major insurers including Medicare and Medicaid. We offer financial and billing assistance through budget agreements, a Sliding Fee discount for medical, dental and other services, and RX Assist for financial assistance with ongoing prescription needs. Hudson Headwaters is a member of the National Health Services Corps and serves all patients. Learn more here.
