Shenandoah Oncology is pleased to offer you secure online access to information about your diagnosis, medications, lab results and more. To ensure your privacy and the security of your medical records, we are asking our patients to enroll while in our office.

What happens after I book an appointment with Sanova dermatology?

After scheduling your appointment with Sanova Dermatology, you will be sent an email that expires within 72 hours. This e-mail will include your log-on which is your e-mail address, and a link to verify your last name and date of birth.

What can I See in the patient portal?

Your Patient Portal allows you to see your past appointments, test results, medications, and a summary of your current health conditions. You are also able to communicate with your Clinical Care Team through a secure, confidential messaging system that works just like e-mail.

How to reset password for patient portal?

Go to your patient portal login and select “Forgot Password” located at the bottom of the login screen. An e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours to reset your password. Remember to check your Junk and/or Spam folders.
