I'm sorry 1 star is the lowest review I can give Caremount. Calling Caremount just to speak to my doctor's receptionist or nurse is a nightmare. No one is EVER available by calling in and callback times (just for a receptionist) are in excess of 6 hours. Their patient portal is a complete failure.
