For patients ages 12-17, UCSF requires signed approval from the parent or guardian in order for the parent/guardian to view some of the child’s health information on MyChart.

Starting Nov. 5, UCF Health adopted a new electronic patient record software to best support ongoing communication with your doctor. Patients who were utilizing our old patient portal system (Cerner Health/ IQ Health) will need a new username and login to access the new patient portal.
