The Stamford Health and Stamford Health Medical Group Patient Portals help engage patients and families in their care by providing a secure and confidential web-based tool for accessing your health information. Please note you may have multiple portals depending on where you were treated and their features may vary.

HealthNet provides integrated addiction services. Here, you can be seen by your own primary care provider and a behavioral health therapist to treat addiction to pain pills, heroin, or other substances. Patients can receive Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).
