Who is responsible for maintaining hospital records?

The Department of Health Information Management is responsible for maintaining Hospital for Special Surgery patient records. Pay using the MyHSS portal

You can use the MyHSS portal to pay for services from the hospital and from physicians who participate in MyHSS. Some physicians use different billing systems and cannot be paid through this portal. In those cases, please follow their payment instructions.

Other online payment methods

Currently, HSS Hospital bills, radiologist bills, anesthesiology bills and some physician bills can be paid online with a credit card. Online payments for Hospital and radiology bills are processed by Chase Bank, but you do not need to have a Chase account to make a credit card payment.
