If an individual is already a McLeod Health patient, but are not signed up for the portal (s) they can call (843)-777-5377 or email MyRecords@mcleodhealth.org to gain access. Once patients navigate to the hospital portal (HealtheLife), they can review test results and discharge documents from any McLeod Health hospital visit.
