This report provides an individual patient balance detail for the report date, including procedure code/description, charges, adjustments, insurance payments, patient payments and where current balances stand (pending insurance or patient balance). Use this report to audit the current state of the patient’s outstanding balances.

ChiroTouch can run reports and figure out the patients who do not have an appointment, hence schedule it accordingly. Financial reports can be moved into excel format for setting goals for collections. Patients can view their x-rays and bills on the computer and download the details for future references accordingly.

Dirty claims cannot be resubmitted. Electronic claims are submitted via electronic media. Claims that are done by direct billing first go to a clearinghouse. Insurance information should be collected on the first visit.

Generate patient listings, labels, and letters by selecting a wide range of search options. Patient information can be merged into letters to add a personal touch. Professional letters can also be created using other word processors (such as Microsoft Word).
Print an accounts receivable aging report showing patient and/or insurance balances. This report will break down account balances by 30, 60, and 90 days past due. The report can be sorted by name or balance.
Print a list of transactions for a specific procedure, date range, and/or doctor. Other report options include a payment / procedure code cross totals report.
