Seemed great at first but things changed quickly

This position started off great. The company presents themselves well to new hires. Once you're actually on the job, you'll see that they really don't care and you're easily disposal. Your staff can curse you out and threaten your life but you won't be permitted to terminate them. Benefits are terrible and expensive.

Low morale and over worked employees

I don't have much to add to everyone else's cons. I think regardless of what site you work at, the general feel is that corporate is money hungry and even goes as far as making WD employees check patients in that clearly need more help than their site can give. I would not work for them again and would discourage anyone else.

Help needed

Use your skills elsewhere before you get trapped into the big brother house. Continuously watching staff on camera IS a form of Harassment. Perfect place to learn where not to work. There should not be a medic training anyone. He should not be training licensed professionals.

Nice place to work

A typical day at work involves triaging patients, ordering and performing in-house labs, medication administration, assisting clinicians with performing procedures, splinting, wound care, giving nebulization treatments and caring for patients individually. You need to be able to think critically and enjoy working with people across the life span.

Horrible place to work

I do not recommend Righttime as a place for employment. No lunch breaks even while working 12 hour shift. The hours of operation is horrible. Poor management. Very OVERWHELMING at times. The company as a whole is a joke. They pretend to care about the employees needs, but they really do not.

I wouldn't work here again

I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here. Poor training, poor upper management skills and poor work environment ( clique-ish& backstabbing, & unnecessarily stressful)

I would not recommend

I would not recommend anyone with medical experience to work here. The hours are terrible, benefits are sub par and the management is a revolving door. This company cares nothing of the employees and the training is on the fly. This is a good first time job to anyone becoming a medical assistant. Oh yeah and there are no lunch breaks.

How much does Righttime Medical Care in the United States pay?

What is an urgent care center?

Urgent care centers, which are part of the walk-in clinic healthcare category, are a convenient resource for consumers needing treatment for minor illnesses and injuries. Services that you would normally receive at your primary care office are usually available at an urgent care including annual and school physicals, flu shots and immunizations, treatment for illnesses including colds, flu stomach pains, sinus and ear infections and more. You can also be seen for injuries such as burns, bites, sprains and breaks - things that you might first thing to go to the emergency room vs urgent care , but you’ll have a shorter wait and smaller bill at the urgent care. As for cost, without insurance, you should expect between $100-140 for your visit, plus the cost of any labs, tests or images. With insurance, urgent care will be similar to seeing a specialist with applicable co-pay.

Do urgent care centers take insurance?

Nearly all urgent care centers take commercial insurance and many (if not most) will take medicare. As such if you have insurance coverage, you can expect the financial experience to be similar to visiting a specialist where you have a co-pay, usually $35-50, due at the time of the visit. Any additional lab work, x-rays or other tests performed will be billed against your insurance first and any supplemental balance due will be invoiced to you after the fact. Without insurance, you’ll pay a visit fee between $100-140 at the time of your visit. This is typically 25-50% more than your primary care provider, but usually the convenience is well worth the additional cost. If you are interested in a telehealth or video visit, your cost could be as much as 50% less than an urgent care, you could be diagnosed and prescribed medication and you’ll never have to leave your home.
