Creating a MyQuest account is a two-step process. First, you need to create a Quest Account and confirm your email address. Second, you need to sign into MyQuest, answer some questions to confirm your identity, and authorize Quest to send you your lab test results. In about a week, your MyQuest account will populate with lab test results for tests performed within the last year.
In most cases, lab test results delivery times should not exceed two weeks. The most common reason for delay in receiving results is inaccurate or out-of-date personal information on record with your health care providers or in your Labcorp Patient™ portal personal profile. Please check and confirm the following:
If it has been more than 5 days since you came in for testing, you can go to the Results page and click Request Test Results (or the plus [+] icon > Request Test Results on your mobile device) and then follow the instructions for requesting lab test results. After requesting your lab test results, a new item appears on your Activity and Results pages.
You can request a copy of your results at the time your sample is collected or go to a Collection Center later. You need to complete the Request for Results form; provide identification. This is required for each set of results you require, except if you have a repeat request from your referrer.
View your results QuestDirect results are only available through MyQuest™, a free, secure patient portal that you can access on your smartphone, tablet, or desktop. Most test results are delivered to your MyQuest™ account within 3-5 business days.
