Faster Results Through Your Patient Portal

Faster Results: Tests and reports are now available as soon as they are finalized. Prior to this, some laboratory results and imaging reports were not available immediately after they were finalized. This change means that you may see test results before your care team is able to review them.

Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – Northwest Healthcare will send an email to the email address you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Northwest Texas Healthcare System retains your medical records in the Health Information Management Department. These records are kept in strict confidence and are not released without the written consent of the patient, except as required by law.

Can you share your health records with other providers?

No. Only you may elect to share summaries of your care with other healthcare providers. We do not share your personal information and strictly follow our Privacy Policy. You may read that policy online or when you enroll in Health Records Online.
