How will access to the patient portal be monitored?

I understand that access to Patient Portal will be monitored through a logon audit. Adolescent patients have the right to medical privacy by law. Therefore, parents will not have access to the portal for patients ages 13-18.

Medical Centers

HSHP offers a full range of primary and preventative medical services as well as treatment of acute and chronic conditions for all ages — young and old alike — at four convenient locations. In order to meet the needs of all of our patients, our Mars Hill and Mashburn Medical Centers are open for extended hours.

Pharmacies

Each medical center has its own pharmacy so prescriptions can usually be filled at the same site where you saw your physician.

Behavioral Health services are offered for Hot Springs Health Program patients at our Mars Hill Medical Center, and provide treatment for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and disorders related to trauma. Treatment is provided for teens, adults, and the geriatric population. Assessment and referral is available for children.
