HPA is an incredible and supportive environment to work. The owners care about their staff and provide supervision, growth opportunities, and encourage a healthy work life balance.

Caring and Supportive Environment

I truly enjoy working at HPA. Every day is a chance for me to grow professionally. We are a diverse environment that enables for working and helping many different clients. I feel valued and supported. My Supervisor is available for guidance and questions and is very caring. Group supervision is an excellent way to connect with coworkers.

Best Work Environment EVER

This is the most emotionally healthy work environment I ever experienced. Help is there if you need it, but this job offers a lot of independence. I LOVE the adminstrative staff and the directors, they really do care. The office space is also very nice.

Cons

Well, there isn't a whole of time for interacting with other therapists during the day, but I'm an introvert so I don't see it as a con.
