Achin Sharma, MD

Dr. Sharma is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family medicine since 1997 and licensed by the state of Mississippi. Dr. Sharma is devoted to provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages and develop a great rapport with patients and their families.

Carrie Worsham, FNP

Carrie received her Associates at Northwest Community College, Bachelors and Masters of Nursing Education from University of Mississippi Medical Center, and received Family Nurse Practitioner Cert. from Delta State University in 2015.

Lacey Conaway, FNP-C

Lacey Conaway, FNP-C, joins Horn Lake Family Practice with experience in family practice and diabetes care. She earned her bachelor’s in nursing at Mississippi University for Women, then continued her education at the University of Alabama Birmingham where she received her master’s degree.

Aarthur Rogers, FNP-C

Aarthur Rogers, FNP-C was born in Chicago, Illinois. Presently, he resides in Guntown, MS. Mr. Rogers is married to Inda Rogers, and he has four children. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1989 and completed his Master of Science in Nursing in 1995 —both from Mississippi University for Women.
