Horizon Eye Care now has a new patient portal. A secure way of electronically communicating with our staff as well as access to your patient health record. In addition to general eye care, glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses, we provide several types of laser vision correction procedures such as LASIK, LASEK and PRK.

Follow any instructions given to you by the surgery coordinator. Plan to wear comfortable attire, including a loose-fitting top. Do not wear makeup, perfume/colo gne or lotion. Deodorant is okay.
A routine eye exam is performed to detect any health issues that might be threatening to your eyes or vision. The exam includes a refraction test to detect the need for corrective lenses.
