What insurance is accepted at Hopewell Health Centers?

At HHC, a variety of public and private insurances are accepted in addition to a sliding fee scale for dental health care, primary health care, and some behavioral health care services. Hopewell Health Centers has 22 locations spanning nine counties in Southeastern Ohio.

For assistance with the new hospital portal or to obtain your Community Medical Record Number which will be needed to enroll, please contact the Health Information Management Department at 609-303-4085 (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).
