Our Medical Records Department Provides

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA), gives you rights over your healthy information, including the right to get a copy of your information, make sure it is correct, and know who has seen it. You may inspect the records or have copies made for a reasonable fee after signing an authorization.
