A Hospitalist is a credentialed Internal Medicine physician, Family Medicine physician or mid-level that specializes in caring for patients who are in the hospital. They do not have a private practice but specialize in inpatient care.

How long does Holy Cross Hospital stay in the hospital?

Holy Cross Hospital serves patients both on an outpatient and inpatient basis. The inpatient services are used when a patient requires a stay longer than 12 hours and are for times when patients need to be closely monitored during a procedure and afterwards; as well as during recovery. Patients can order meals at their convenience, giving them more control over the food they eat during their stay at the hospital.
