How to print my health?

Most pages from MyHealth can be printed by using your browsers print function. This can usually be accessed by going to the file menu or pressing CTRL+P. Follow the dialog box to select your printer and other functions to print a copy of your health record.

What does it mean when you see an L next to your lab results?

If you see an “L” next to your lab result, this means your result is below the range of normal. If you see an “H,” this means your result is above the range of normal. For more information about what this means, please contact your health care provider.

How to export my health record?

Your health record can be exported using the “Download My Health Information” tab. MyHealth Provides two formats for your data. The first is the CCD (continuity of care document) format. CCD was designed to allow patients to share their health information electronically, with an outside health care system or provider. The CCD is a summary of essential health and medical care information from your health record. This document can be from multiple sources and may not have been reviewed by your doctor or clinician. The second format is a plain text file. Both of these files may be downloaded to your computer for your personal use. The text format is human readable and can easily be printed using notepad, word or any other document viewing program.

Yes. MyHealth is a secure website. We have put numerous checkpoints in place to ensure that you are the only one who can view your health information in MyHealth. For example, you are required to setup a username and password before you can log in.

Of course, we haven't sacrificed any of our valuable, existing features: 1 Securely access your health information on your computer or mobile device from anywhere, anytime. 2 Manage updates to your personal information, medications, known allergies and more. 3 Request to schedule an appointment with your physician. 4 Complete appointment questionnaires ahead of time. 5 Look up your test results or review your health information. 6 Create a preferred pharmacy and request new prescriptions online. 7 View billing statements and pay bills online. 8 View released records. 9 Communicate with your UF Health physicians or staff using secured messages, including sending attachments. 10 Get real-time help with the MyUFHealth website from staff who can see what you're seeing. 11 Optional two-factor authentication makes the system even more secure. This added security layer prompts you with a code sent to an email address to help ensure only you have access to your important information.

MyUFHealth a patient portal that allows you or someone you authorize access to portions of your medical record from your computer or smart device. Participate in your health care by having the ability to access information on your own schedule, review your test results online, communicate with your provider securely, and view your health record 24/7 at work, on the road or at home.
