MyHolyCrossHealth offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely view information about your health. With MyHolyCrossHealth, you can view:

How to access my Holy Cross health records?

To access your record online (or someone else’s where you have proxy rights) you need a patient portal account that is linked to Holy Cross Health. If you do not have access, please sign up to create an account.

How long does my keyboard stay idle on my hycross?

We aim to protect the privacy and security of your information. While logged into MyHolyCrossHealth, if your keyboard remains idle for 20 minutes or more, you will be automatically logged out of MyHolyCrossHealth. We recommend that you log out of your MyHolyCrossHealth session if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.

How secure is MyHolyCrossHealth?

Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Furthermore, MyHolyCrossHealth uses the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology with no caching to automatically encrypt your session with MyHolyCrossHealth.

Can you access medical records of a loved one?

You can now access the medical records of a loved one in order to help manage their care.

Does MyHolyCrossHealth talk to one another?

Yes. The “patient portal” system used by some doctors and MyHolyCrossHealth are separate and distinct systems that do not at this time “ talk” to one another. Note: MyHolyCrossHealth can only assist patients with health information related to their hospital stay. Return to Top.

Can you see your blood test results in MyHolyCrossHealth?

Your test results will be viewable in MyHolyCrossHealth immediately after the results are put into your health record. The following test results are currently not available to view in MyHolyCrossHealth: tests indicating pregnancy; sexually transmitted diseases or HIV; hepatitis serologies; and tumor markers.

Step 1

You will receive an email invitation to create your patient portal account. Click on the link provided in the email to start the registration process. If you have not received this email, please call (575) 751-5735.

Step 2

Enter first name, last name and date of birth. Next create a user ID and password. Select the checkbox verifying the information is correct and then hit REGISTER.

Step 3

Select three security questions and provide answers. These are needed in case your password is forgotten.

Step 6

Select the applicable patient account to view (if you are an authorized representative for more than one account, you will see all of them listed here).

Step 7

Select applicable account. All accounts for your visits to Holy Cross Medical Center will be listed here.

Step 8

Your patient summary information will now show. This will include information from your admission to the hospital such as test results (labs/radiology).
