Why should I link my Hoag and MyChart accounts?

To better connect the care experience for our patients, Hoag has recently enhanced our electronic health record capabilities. MyChart offers you online access to your Hoag health records – both in the hospital and from your physician’s office. Both are important and we encourage you to link your accounts for optimal access.

How do I get access to my Hoag HPP account?

You can visit www.hoag.org/hpp to request access and training. Your login will be available for read only access of past authorizations through 2/28/2022. All new authorizations beginning on 1/1/2022 will be in the EpicLink portal.
