This portal is for patients in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky only. The Patient Portal is a secure, online service providing patients of The Urology Group with personalized access to their medical records.

How do I login to the patient portal?

The Patient Portal is an easy and convenient way for you to contact our office at any time. The first step is to click on the following link to our Patient Portal: The portal requires you to have a unique User ID and Password. Our office will enter your name as the User ID and provide a temporary password.

When will you contact me for patient portal support?

Our staff will contact you sometime between Monday and Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Please note the patient portal is not monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; we will respond as soon as possible but expect a minimum of 2-3 business days . If you have a more urgent matter please call the office so we can assist you on any urgent matter.
