What can I do with patient portal?

With Patient Portal, you can view labs, medications, immunization records, statements, and much more. Having online access to this information puts YOU in control of your health. Online health access is also available on your smartphone.

How do I sign up for patient portal access?

Access can be made via any web browser, or through the smartphone app. If you do not have Patient Portal access, you may sign up for it in person at your next visit or call 845-342-4774 for more information. Click Here if you have been given a temporary user id and password.
