Dr. Ann Bhargava is Board Certified in Family Practice. She completed her family practice residency training at the John Peter Smith Family Practice program in Fort Worth, TX and did a Geriatrics Fellowship at The University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX.

Hillcrest, established in 1815 by Dolley Madison to care for orphans from the War of 1812, has functioned through every natural and man-made disaster for 205 Years. Hillcrest stands in partnership with you and all of our stakeholders to promote the safety and well-being of our community. Please know that the Hillcrest team will work diligently to maintain the mission of Hillcrest Children and Family Center and provide courageous leadership that will move us through this crisis.

What is Hillcrest's goal?

Our goal is to provide continuity of care to our service population in a manner that presents the least risk to clients, staff and the general community. Services will continue at Hillcrest consistent with our quality standards and mission driven by our Board of Directors. Hillcrest will continue to partner with the Department of Behavioral Health, Department of Human Services , Department of Health and follow the general guidance of the District Government Rules and Executive Orders.
