Book a telemedicine appointment

Our practice management software, AdvancedMD, has introduced the ability to book telemedicine appointments online. You will need to create an account with AdvancedMD to do so. If you have any issues, please contact our front desk at 206-720-9999.

Access your patient portal

Capitol Hill Medical uses Elation Health as our electronic medical records system. Their patient portal app is called Elation Passport, available on the iOS App Store here (they are working on their AndroidOS version!). Videochat with your provider

Due to the increased infection rate of the Delta variant, all booked visits with Capitol Hill Medical are still virtual by default, unless you have otherwise specifically discussed it your provider or a staff member.

Lab FAQs

During the pandemic we’re having patients go to Labcorp or Quest to do blood and urine-based lab work. These locations do not do any kind of swabs (COVID nasal swabs or STI anal/throat swabs). Please access our lab instructions page if you need any help with the testing process.
