During check-in for your next provider visit, ask to have a patient portal account created. Then, when you receive the confirmation email, follow the link to complete the sign-up process.

Telehealth Appointments using the Hudson Headwaters App

Massachusetts Immunization Information System (MIIS)

As of January 2018, HUHS will be participating in the Massachusetts Immunization Information System (MIIS). This state-regulated program provides for centralized record-keeping of all of your immunization records for you and your healthcare provider in a secure, safe, and confidential site.
