What happened to Heywood Healthcare Patient portals?

Effective October 29, 2021, we returned to the use of two patient portals, as we were prior to February of 2021. The Heywood Healthcare portal you are using now will remain in place and can be used for accessing reports and results for services received within the hospital such as Radiology and Lab services.

What is Heywood Medical Group?

Heywood Medical Group is a non-profit Physician Organization affiliated with Heywood Hospital with over 75 physicians specializing in Primary Care and Specialty Care. Our primary care physicians focus on Pediatrics and Family Practice.

How do I get patient registration at Heywood healthcare?

At Heywood Healthcare, we continually try to make healthcare more effective and responsive to your needs. You will need to provide Patient Registration with your personal, non-shared email address by visiting our campuses or contacting Athol Hospital Patient Registration 978-249-1355 or Heywood Hospital Patient Registration 978-630-6531.

What information is available on the Haywood Regional Medical Center patient portal?

Information available on the Haywood Regional Medical Center Patient Portal includes: Demographics maintained by hospital (sex, race, ethnicity, date of birth, preferred language) Haywood Regional Medical Center has partnered with Syntellis to provide this service.
