healow™ lets you communicate with your doctor’s office and access up to date medical records. You will be able to access your appointments, lab results, vitals, manage medications and other personal data all within one app. From the healow™ app you can manage multiple accounts and access your and your family’s medical information.
A patient portal login will be set up at your initial appointment. If you don't have one, please provide your email address to the front desk at your next appointment or via telephone. The Appointments icon on the toolbar, press Ctrl + 1 or from within the Epic Button selections. Type the patient information into the Name/ID field (use Medical Record Number, or the first 3 letters of the last name, comma, the first 3 letters of the patient's first name). Click “Find Patient” button.

Being able to communicate directly with my doctor through the app has been a game changer. Being able to see my medical records on the app is amazing!
Wasted 2 hours trying to set up this app the night before an appointment. Issue is I already had Healow installed in prep for a different appointment. Process went fairly smoothly to log into the portal the first time but that appointment is days away. I have an appointment tomorrow with another provider who unfortunately also requires Healow.
