What is Heartland Women's Telehealth?

Introducing: Heartland Women’s Tele-Healthcare! Our team has expanded patient access by offering video-based visits with providers for those patients who are not able to make it into an office. The new advanced telehealth clinic allows patients to receive care virtually using just a smartphone or camera-equipped computer.

What is midwife care?

Midwifery care includes: monitoring the physical, psychological and social well-being of the mother throughout the childbearing cycle. Providing the mother with individualized education, counseling, and prenatal care, continuous hands-on assistance during labor and delivery, and postpartum support.

Can you see your baby at 32 weeks?

Expecting mothers will be able to see their growing baby at every visit with bedside ultrasounds. At 32 weeks, patients can invite their family and friends for a live 4D ultrasound experience in one of our ultrasound theaters (available at select locations). Each expecting mother will also receive a USBytes Baby Bracelet. The USB bracelet is our gift so that all prenatal records and select ultrasound images are at your fingertips.

What is your username on Portal?

Your username will always be your email address. Each time you enter your Portal account, you also will need to enter your password and answer your security question for extra security.

How to access hospital records?

When you sign-up for Health Record Home, you will be able to: 1 View and share your personal health record (PHR) related to your hospital stays. 2 Have electronic access to an updated list of medications, diagnoses, allergies, lab test results, patient history and other healthcare information related to your inpatient hospital visit. 3 Access your hospital discharge instructions for better after-discharge care. 4 Manage family members’ health records once you are authorized.

The myWHS patient portal is a secure, online tool for you to access your personal health information. Washington Health System’s goal is to enhance patient-provider communication, while helping you to manage your own care on your schedule. Once you become a myWHS portal member, you will have access to any of the available information 24/7. This allows you to communicate with our office at your convenience. Since communication is a key to preventative medicine, this portal is a valuable aspect of our goal to provide great patient care.

MyLinks is a FREE application that allows you to electronically gather your records from all your recent visit (s) and store them in one place, fully under your control.

Does WHS provide televisio?

WHS Primary Care providers and Specialists are now providing TeleVisits and Virtual check in calls. You must have a prescheduled visit with a provider. Call your provider’s office to set up your appointment!
