We are located next to Medical City Plano hospital. When approaching the building the entrance is on the West (left) side of the building inside the alcove. Our office is on the 3rd floor and is the first suite to the right after exiting the elevator.

At BSW Legacy Heart Center, we have specialized providers to meet your specific needs. If you would like to see one of our cardiologists, you can call our Scheduling Department at 469.800.6477 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Our offices are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays. All of our visits are by appointment only.
Legacy Heart Center is contracted with several insurance carriers. What this means to our patients is that Legacy has agreed with your carrier on a negotiated rate and that our patients are responsible for their deductible, any non-covered service and their co-pay.
Just put them into a plastic bag and bring them along so that your cardiologist will know everything that you are currently taking. Make sure your doctor knows about every drug you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and herbal medications as well. One drug may interact with another, in some cases creating serious medical problems.
